Useful answers before you enquire.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Send the product name, specification or grade, quantity, packing requirement, destination airport or seaport, preferred shipping method and target schedule. Photos or a specification sheet are helpful.
Can Sareng export any local product to any country?
We accept enquiries for a wide range of Bangladeshi products, but confirmation depends on availability, legal exportability, destination import rules, inspection requirements and commercial feasibility.
Who issues the fish health or Salubrity Certificate?
The Fish Inspection & Quality Control office under the Department of Fisheries issues the applicable certificate following its process. Sareng coordinates the product and documentation needed for the inspection; it does not self-issue the certificate.
Do you manage freight forwarding and customs-related coordination?
Yes. The agreed scope can include CNF and freight-forwarding coordination through delivery to the buyer’s destination airport or seaport. Exact responsibility and charges are stated in the commercial documents.
What payment methods do you accept for food products?
Telegraphic Transfer only. The standard schedule is 30% advance and 70% before shipment, with higher advance requirements possible depending on the order. Letters of Credit are not accepted.
